Chili Master Adds Flavor to VI Cuisine Scene

Just outside of a neighborhood convenience store on the north side of St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands, sits a Cajun kitchen.  This kitchen is inhabited by pots of all sizes, and inside of each bubbles an inviting, savory temptation.  The flavors reflect the cultural mélange of the kitchen's proprietor (call him "Karl", since that's his name) and harken back to his childhood in Opelousas, Louisiana.
