The Caribbean Cove Re-opens at Last!

Berkeley, Calif., April 23, 2005: Chef Judith O'Loughlin is pleased to announce the opening of of her new restaurant - 'The Caribbean Cove' - at 2556 Telegraph Ave., Berkeley, CA 94704. Open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday through Sunday, the restaurant will serve up Judith’s fare of exotic and authentic Caribbean dishes. Long-time fans of Judith and newcomers alike are invited to come and celebrate! Decorated by Tullah Carter, of Pineapple Productions, drawing from Caribbean lifestyle magazines, the dining room seats over 20 people, and is resplendent in tropical yellows and blues, with newly re-finished hardwood floors. Looking up, one has the sense of the open blue skies of the West Indies thanks to the high ceiling, but the feeling is intimate and cozy from table to table, with some seats afforded a view of the action in the kitchen area. Further enhancing the tropical feel, the restaurant is located within a two-story indoor retail atrium with skylights and an abundance of live greenery.
